Job aim : Pernod Ricard Headquarters is looking for a Web Project Manager . The position will report to the Head of IT Solutions Digital, Sales & Marketing within the IT Solutions department at Headquarters based in Paris.
The Web Project Manager will play a key role in making the web a key lever of business performance for brands and markets across the Group.
As such, he or she will :
Build a roadmap to standardize web technologies used across the Group, together with counterparts in charge of web in the different affiliates
Lead the web factory project, which aims at facilitating websites management (or reducing development costs) by building re-
usable modules and distributing them to affiliates through an internal market place
Coordinate roadmaps and development efforts for a portfolio of websites directly under his / her responsibility

Application Roadmap & Project Management :
Play an active role in helping technology convergence on web-related topics at the Group level, together with counterparts in affiliates
Contribute to define the websites and web-factory roadmaps
Manage IT projects and deliver solutions on time, budget and scope, respecting quality and security standards.
Manage project resources (external).
Ensure the successful implementation of the organizational change management plan.
Monitor project progress and produce project reporting.
Build and follow up project budgets
Application Maintenance :
Implement functional evolutions of his applications.
Identify training needs to ensure applications’ appropriation.
Manage maintenance resources (external).
Ensure documentation is up to date in the Knowledge Management system.
Operate L3 support as a technical expert.
IT Solutions Advisory :
Bring assistance to affiliates, maintaining strong relationships with local teams, identifying and sharing best practices through expert missions.
Vendor Management :
Manage and evaluate vendors in order to ensure continuous improvement.

Budget to manage : To be agreed and allocated every fiscal year

Profile required :
BAC+5, typically engineering school / university in computer science or related fields preferred.
Experience in development required.
Technical and functional background on Websites with good communication capabilities.
Language required : Fluent in English and French is a plus
Work experience required :
Minimum 5 years of experience in the field, especially in Websites management, preferably within an international web or digital agency
Experience with Project Management / Familiarity with Project Methodology
Proven track record of evolving in complex environments with diverse technical stacks
Specific expertise : Traffic acquisition
