The Group Procurement team has 30employees. Our areas of expertise include indirect purchases (IT, Real Estate,General Expenses -
€ 4.3 billion of annual budget) and P & C insuranceprocurement (€ 8 billion of annual budget).
The main missions of group procurement are the following :
Ensure the leadership for the transformation ofProcurement within the company,
Negotiate contract at group level and secure theapplicability and the roll out in the entities,
Manage relationship with key suppliers.
Within Property & Casualty Business (P&C) of AXA, Insurance Procurement( IP ) mission is to leverage the procurement of claim services to improve theeffectiveness and efficiency of our operations, from a combined ratiostandpoint, productivity, quality of service and operational risk.
It is one ofthe strongest levers to take the AXA Ambition strategy to the next level ofimplementation.
The Group IP central team supports and challenges entities in assemblingstrategies, techniques and best practices (IP network across the world : 100+workforce).
The Group IPP&C team needs to be reinforced in order to contribute in the developmentof a major strategic initiative (Alpha Scale) which is highly visible and aimsat optimizing the cost of spare parts used in our motor repairs in Europe (1 B€spend per year).
We are looking for a Data Analyst that will :
Developand maintain the KPIs with entities to secure the follow up of businessperformance.
Developanalysis on big data to identify new potential of savings
Contributeto the development of the alternative spare parts catalogue
You will be in charge to :
Develop queries for big data analysis,for example : potential savings calculation, coverage calculation of Alpha Scalecatalog, identification of new savings opportunities with new suppliers,distributors, current suppliers / distributors by extending / adapting their offer
Industrialize queries for similar / recurrentanalysis
Support and work closely with the CatalogueManager, Roll-Out Managers, Operational Managers, Alpha Scale Top Managementwith ad-hoc analysis
Propose proactively to the same stakeholder’sopportunities of business development
Document the results of analysis, thequeries
Deliver KPIs and Data Analysis with relevantquality and timeframe
Organize by himself his daily activities consistentlywith priorities and workload
Build routines for sustainable reusableanalysis
Support the Catalogue Manager inextending and strengthen the Alpha Scale Catalogue
Experience andFunctional skills :
Scientific education (engineering school, Mathematics, Statistics,Datamining)
5-year experience in IT data analysis and Business Intelligence
Proven experience with close relations with business team
Knowledge of AGILE project methodologies as Alpha Scale is an Agileorganization
Expertise in R, Python, SQL, Excel
Confirmed in Business Intelligence solutions (ideally Spotfire, PowerBI, etc.)
Capacity to understand Business needs and to transpose them into relatedKPIs and Data Analysis
Understanding of integrated environments (ETL, Web Services)
