Identify service market growth potential, collect VOC,and provide critical inputs to service product strategy based on regional andmarket segment needs.
Design local go to market plan for service contract andAftermarket Products incl. promotions, design local go to market brochures andvalue proposition, execute and follow up on the actual tasks for each region.
Own and Execute regional introduction of new service products, targeted servicepromo’s and appropriate service bundles. Recommends pricing (PN factors) anddiscount levels for contracts, parts and accessories based on regionalmarket situations.
Market intelligence includes Win / loss analysis, leadsgenerating for contract and aftermarkets, competitor analysis, etc.
Establishesclose collaboration with Instrument / Market related MDMs in theorganization.Main Responsibilities :
