Your responsibilities will include planning your territory, gather information about your customers and follow up, generate and close opportunities within Mid-
Market end-user accounts in France.
As an ideal candidate you will possess account management or technical background that enables you to successfully manage a high volume of outbound calls.
Contact decision-makers via phone at Mid-Market companies to identify specific purchasing plans and decision criteria for cloud based solutions
Capture, track, and advance qualified opportunities and customer information in CRM system
New customer acquisition by cold calling
Up-sell and cross-sell on existing customer base
Develop and execute territory plan
Achieve monthly call volumes and pipeline and revenue targets
Work with partners to drive adoption and implement our solutions
Evangelize, deliver information on programs, products via phone, email etc
Provide feedback and suggestions for program improvement on a regular basis
College / University Degree or equivalent experience
Several years account management / telemarketing experience
Excellent account management, presentation and communication skills
Ability to learn quickly
Self-reliant, adaptable, decisive, result oriented
A proven track record of managing multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines and budgets
Interest in technology
Fluent in French and English
Experience in technology account management
