Have extensive team assistant and / or office management experience as part of a creative team.
Having an understanding of what it is like to work at a large global company will set you up for success in this role.
If you have worked in the digital, music, movies or TV industry it would be a plus. It will open up wider opportunities in the role.
You should be familiar with working in fast paced environments with rapidly changing priorities.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with an ability to multitask and prioritise independently.
Mac and iPhone literacy is desirable. Experience with Keynote, Numbers and Pages is useful but not required. We will provide training.
Extraordinary interpersonal communication skills whilst trustworthy of confidential information.
Your French language skills, both written and spoken should be flawless, ideally native.
A flexible working approach and you should have a can do, positive attitude. You will make things happen often in accelerated timeframes with full autonomy.

Co-ordinate the diaries of several senior team members across multiple timezones. - Prioritization of tasks in a fast-
paced environment. - Organize travel plans, agendas and accommodation worldwide. - Accounting tasks e.g. expense reports, travel budgets etc.
Ordering equipment and raising purchase orders. - Manage the office including conference rooms, office maintenance or team activities.
Greeting and facilitating visitors to the office often requiring a high degree of confidentiality. - Assist with key external events planning and execution.
Assist with onboarding of new team members. - Anticipating requirements along with reacting when they arise. - You will be an integral team member and will collaborate with wider teams.
Have some involvement with programming of our various content stores.
Educated to degree level is desirable.
Fluent French & English is required. Additional European languages are a plus. This position is based in Central Paris, France.
Initially, this is a part-time role of 4 days a week (3 / 4 de temps). Willing to occasionally work across time zones on ad-
