Objectif du poste
Dans le cadre de la politique qualité et sécurité ROYAL CANIN CAMBRAI, le Customer Service Manager anime une équipe de chargé d’administration des ventes avec pour but d’assurer la satisfaction des clients du site et de contribuer à la performance générale.

Profil (poste agent de maîtrise) :
Minimum Bac +2 en commerce international (CE et hors CE)
Bilingue anglais et une deuxième langue est fortement conseillée
Expérience en management d’équipe
