Our Group HR Information Systems is looking for an Apprentice - Project Manager HRIS Group (M / F) for its headquarters, in Nanterre, France .

Working closely with Payroll Director, you will take part in projects of structuring and modernizing the HRIS in an international context.

In this context, projects of evolution of the existing tools are in progress (implementation of HR Suite and projects related to the Global Payroll System), contributions are therefore expected in these projects :

1 / Support to HR organization projects :

Deployment in the 35 countries of the group pay procedure "Manage Payroll" requires a contribution from the candidate in the following areas :

  • Adaptation of the procedure to different countries
  • Support for changes in the Group procedure
  • Monitoring of internal audits related to payroll
  • 2 / Support to Global View and Success Factor (Global payroll SAP) projects :

    The applicant will assist the Project Manager on group projects :

    Participation to the deployment of Employee Central’s module of Success Factor :

    Manage the projects portfolios

    Participation to the design workshops for the new tools (HR Suite ),

    Coordinate test activities,

    Help to formalize change management Strategy

  • Support to Success Factor tool after its implementation
  • Participation in the deployment of new HR / Payroll solutions in the countries of the group
  • Qualifications

    The ideal candidate will have / be :

    Bac +4 / +5 degree, you are froma business school, engineering or a university degree, with a IT or HR specialization.

    Beginner or already have a first experience in the field of HR / HRIS, you have a real motivation to participate in evolution of HRIS projects, in an international context.

    Interested by Communication and Change Management, you have the following skills :

  • Proficiency in English
  • Good skills in MS Excel and Powerpoint

    Good oral and written expression

    Autonomous, rigor and precision,adaptability and willingness to work in project mode

    A first experience in HRIS would be an advantage
