He / she is responsible for worldwide tower crane training : he / she has to build & manage proper training offering and make sure training is executed according to the field expectations.

The ultimate goal is to have all service technicians properly trained around the world, regardless if they are internal or external employees.

He / she contributes as well to the definition of the global training strategy, with senior leadership team, in order to maximize service network skills.

He / she manages Saint Pierre De Chandieu and Langenfeld tower crane training centers team(s) and will get strong dotted line with the other satellite trainers or pool trainers.

He / she takes care that training teams are developped & continuously growing. He / she brings dynamism and momentum so that teams are in the positive mindset, and internal / external customers enjoy their training experience.

He / she is setting up training material, capacity and capability are available in order to excecute training, which includes bringing new technology (e-

learning...).He / she leads all necessary actions to explain and promote training.He / she will be responsible to the weekly / monthly reporting (attendees level and finance), up, down, and cross functionnal.

Experience can be in engineering or product support or customer service or sales.He / she has a wide tower crane product knowledge & experience / skills.

He / she has a good customer culture, and communicates easily.He / she is able to work on the dotted line mode.He / she is opened minded to new technologies, and is ready to bring changes to the team, and to lead changes.

Fluent in English, both speaking & writing. Additionnal language could be a plus.Ability to develop good teamspirit knowledge sharing, collaboration, execution, focus on resultsMust possess high integrity, be a committed team player.
