A vacancy for a Sales contracts information management (m / f) has arisen within Airbus Commercial Aircraft in Blagnac. You will join Contract Management Department .

You will be responsible to provide expertise to the business users for the development and the use of transversal business solutions across functions for sales contractual data management.

You will manage and implement functional updates to existing applications in support to the requirements of the business changes for ensuring integrity of the business information system and improving business performance.

Tâches et missions principales, responsabilités

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include :

  • Leading, developing and executing multi-dimensional development projects by using your significant consulting experience by analysing information systems, solving problems, performing advanced data management and data exchange to ensure quality of service and users satisfaction,
  • Monitoring and building business requirements, specifications to contribute to the preparation of the business plan of the organization to drive the development of the configuration of the information system (identify areas of improvement, anticipates changes, etc.),
  • Providing consulting support to end users and training to newcomers on new solutions in the deployment phase, assisting them in using those solutions once in production, solving problems, monitoring the usage of methods and the functional business processes and taking part into the organization of the application,
  • Ensuring and providing expertise to all end-users and develops, installs, runs and performs functional administration of the applications and databases as well as guidance on information system issues to other practitioners based on knowledge built through understanding of the organization's information system,
  • Supporting the functional link between the Business users' processes and the corresponding applications and methods including all data used,
  • Performing a variety of challenging, estimation, consolidation, analysis, planning, monitoring and forecast activities based on available data, practices or trends,
  • Preparing dossiers, documents, documentations on specific, general and / or transversal topics which need to be analysed and prepared for decision making by the management about recurrent and operational / functional activities.

    Compétences requises

    You will have the following skills and experience :

  • Educated to IT or economy degree level ,
  • Experienced in data analysis,
  • Experienced in SAP , and COM tool,
  • Experienced in transaction matters,
  • Autonomous,
  • Ability to handle confidential matters,
  • Language Skills : negotiation level of English
