The Role and Accountabilities

  • Develop plans and strategies to meet and exceed the company’s revenue targets
  • Monitor competitor and market activity and provide feedback
  • Lead complex global contract negotiations
  • Winning new business across all product lines (Data, Voice) for COLT
  • Deliver a compelling Colt value proposition to target customers at C-suite level
  • Build relationships with clients to influence the manner in which business outcomes are executed
  • Support contract construction and predict / overcome client concerns
  • Identify and report on business opportunities, within the relevant target markets, to the Senior and Executive Leadership teams
  • Motivate and lead teams by example throughout the sales process, coaching toward optimal outcome
  • Maintain an acute market awareness of customer buying trends
  • Work cooperatively with a wide range of internal stakeholders for deal success

  • Proven track record of leading and winning multi-million, complex and strategic global deals
  • Exceptional negotiation and influencing ability
  • Subject matter expertise of the global telecommunications competitive landscape
  • High level knowledge of digital transformation, voice and data architectural design
  • Accustomed to engaging and presenting to influence at all levels
