What you get to do in this role :

Sales Support

  • Support and drive the services sales cycle, with local sales team and Partners to grow / sell SN Services
  • Own the Services Business Development activities in a territory
  • Create high level business solutions for ITSM / Cloud Based Solutions
  • Proposal creation - - Create estimates, negotiate rates, develops statements of work and work through pre- -sales T&Cs with customers
  • Project Mobilisation Support

  • Act as the Services point of contact during the pre- -sales to delivery transitions fulfilling all required customer communication until an Engagement Manager is assigned to the project
  • Ensure a successful internal and customer transition to the delivery team
  • Delivery Oversight

  • Project Portfolio Governance - - Provides project oversight for every SN delivered PS engagement within territory to ensure projects are delivered on-
  • time and within budget
  • Achieve Customer satisfaction targets for the projects delivered in the territory
  • Identify and drive key customers for services references
  • Revenue Protection & Growth :
  • Achieve Quarterly targets for revenue and margin
  • Work with partners to grow an eco- -system for both partner led and subcontracting resources
  • Initial point of contact within territory in support of territory sales leader and team
  • KPIs

  • Services bookings targets
  • Services revenue targets
  • Customer engagement satisfaction scores
  • Aggregated project gross margin
