com. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE The Synerlink Project Leader is in charge of €M10 to €M20 projects worldwide form the order to the final acceptance.
Therefore, the Senior Project Leader is the main interface with the customers. The job is a challenging combination of Business, Technical and People aspects with a view and a real impact on global organisation.
RESPONSIBILITIES Working together with all disciplines in the organization (Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, Marketing, Sales, Legal, etc.
and a network of suppliers / partners As part of the Project Management role, participate to the development and professionalisation of the team Provide project management for new product developments of the Synerlink machine range Working with the Technology Director, Product Engineering Leaders and Value Stream Director, compile a project scope for the new product development project Create and maintain a detailed project plan showing key tasks, milestones and resources Contribute to building the project team through interviewing subcontract and permanent team members Work with the functional department leaders to ensure current procedures, standards and best practice are followed by various teams Provide day-
to-day guidance and management of teams to meet the project scope and timescale targets Chair daily touch meetings, weekly project reviews and monthly steering reviews as required Work with the specialist consultants (industrial design, hygiene, design for global supply) to provide clear guidance to achieve the project scope Work as part of the broader business development team to report on and ensure teams deliver the machines on time, to budget, at the specified cost, and achieve the goals set out in the technical project scope Undertake any other duties appropriate to your skill levels from time to time to meet the needs of the business EDUCATION Bac + 2 to 5 EXPERIENCE 5-
8 years of experience in a similar role REQUISITIONS AND SKILLS Experience in handling complex projects (planning, risk analysis, budget, action plan and follow-
up) Candidates would ideally have experience project managing in the capital goods industry, and ideally some packaging machinery or related experience Candidates should be able to demonstrate effective leadership, team building, the ability to understand strategic goals, and have strong communication and problem solving skills Result driven Candidates would ideally have demonstrable direct customer communication skills and experience.
