Prodware Group is an international company, which was founded in 1989, as a creator and integrator of industry and role-tailored IT solutions.

Prodware is Microsoft’s leading partner in the EMEA area with over 19,000 customers that are supported by nearly 1,400 employees in 15 countries.

As a marketing & communication Manager, you will be in charge to build the brand recognition and drive leads generation through the different marketing activities.

You will closely work with the local marketing teams to ensure they understand the Group’s strategy and have all the tools available to run the corporate marketing programs.

Additionally, you will be in charge to build creative internal communication activities in collaboration with the HR department.

The position will be directly reporting to the Chief marketing & Communication Officer. You will be part of the Prodware Marketing Group.

You will be based in France, Paris

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conceive and develop innovative marketing campaigns
  • Closely work with each country’s marketing team to ensure they localize & deploy the corporate marketing campaigns
  • Evaluate the existing marketing campaigns to ensure that it is effective and well targeted
  • Build press relations worldwide
  • Collaborate with the Product Marketing Manager for new solutions launch on the market
  • Create products content (e.g. collaterals, case studies, product videos, landing pages, web content, emailing templates, etc.
  • to articulate our value offering

  • Closely work with the sales team to create and update the sales Kit
  • Build competitive analysis to better understand our positioning on the market
  • Manage contractors & suppliers to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and monitor their performance.
  • Internal Aspects

  • Participate to the deep transformation of Prodware
  • Create internal activities and communication programs to motivate and engage all the Prodware teams. (Seminars, team-building events etc.
  • Requirements :

  • BA / BS degree in Business or Marketing.
  • 5 years of experience in marketing and communication in the B to B world with the ability to work in a very changing environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills there is a heavy amount of writing and presenting / selling ideas in this role
  • Proficiency in content management systems, marketing automation tool and CRM.
  • Prefer working in a collaborative environment. This role requires you to work across functions and departments.
  • High-level skills of documentations and presentations.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Very creative and capacity to think out of the box!
  • Full English proficiency
  • Willing to travel when necessary
