Product :

Management and implementation of global product marketing strategies in coordination with internal departments and markets

Developing the regional product marketing strategy

Monitor brand activity, analyse mix of business and performance of categories and franchises, to identify opportunities of growth and define strategies (sell-

  • in, sell-through reports 2100 CN Skus / 50 collections launched per year) and to feed Global HQ regarding New Product Launches and support the EMEA marketing strategy, especially : marketing calendar construction, big bets selection, new launches positioning &
  • concept, promotional strategy, sampling strategy, regional demand planning

    Analyse market results and competitors to evaluate EMEA competitive environment and identify new Makeup trends (Panels : NPD, Nielsen, IRI, Euromonitor)

    Owning and Cascading the product marketing calendar and initiatives to all markets

    Attendance and follow up on product topics for Demand Review, Demand Consensus, Pre-siop

    Liaising with supply chain and forecasting on product marketing opportunities for all EMEA markets

    Liaising with demand planning on the product marketing strategy

    Handling global product marketing requests and respective consolidation concerning all markets (e.g. Sampling estimates; Promotional calendar)

    Preparation and feedback on the global NPL process

    Presentation preparation for global and regional product presentations (approx. 1x per month)

    Managing yearly pricing plans of all 18 markets with the regional pricing team

    Managing excess deployment

    Specific focus on Local relevancy (Mainly Emerging markets) :

    Bi- weekly to monthly touch base with priority markets

    Support of local relevancy opportunities with project implementation

    Support of ME task force topics

    Working closely with the Online team on retailer.com projects

    Working Closely with all departments on retailer opportunities

  • Qualifications

    Strong strategic and applied marketing skills required

    Thorough knowledge of competitive landscape as it relates to brands and products, with particular focus on make-up category

    High understanding of the brand and motivation for its unique positioning, culture and consumer dynamics

    Excellent written and oral communications, excellent presentation skills, ability to communicate with multiple cultures.

    English language skills

    Minimum Education / Experience Required :

    College degree (Masters preferred)

    Position requires 3-5 years relevant marketing work experience

    Previous global and or applied marketing experience required

    Schedule : Full-time

    Travel : Yes, 5 % of the Time
