JOB PURPOSE / ROLE

Supporting the People Development Manager for all the Learning &Development related topics and activities (learning offer, available learning tool, definition of new programs, communication and marketing of the available opportunities)

Future challenges :

Support the development of the function, with special focus on new offer (Digital and Leadership development) and deeper Regional involvement (newsletter and global activities)

Main tasks :

Support the function development and day-to-day operational activities, some examples :

  • Definition of the new offer (identification of new trends, launch of new trainings and related content definition)
  • Learning catalog update (new release and launch twice / year)
  • Marketing and communication of the available offers (HR newsletter, global newsletter content, special events presentations / goodies / promotional supports)
  • Leadership program (LEAD) roll-out : support for logistics, administration, set-up of the agenda and program content, executives presentations for the future session (year 2)
  • Implementation and content maintenance of the new Learning platform (Talent Soft) : content definition, organization of the content, access management and definition of the different roles launch of the APP (support for communication, use mode)
  • Creation of ad hoc learning paths : in the new platform and in the current available tools (e.g. LinkedIn learning)
  • o for onboarding (new comers and new managers)

    o for specific functions

    o for ad hoc projects or legal requirement needs

  • Definition of the digital education framework for the employees (new projects, new formats : e.g. group hackathon)
  • Creation of the framework for the HR initiatives-ambassadors
  • Definition and launch of the new CX-certification (process definition, platform for tracking)
  • Day-to-day activities : data gathering, process definition support, preparation of presentations to executives, KPIs analysis and benchmarking
  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    KEY REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

  • Graduated from a Master degree in HR or in business management Experience / interest in Learning and Development topics (special focus on Digital / leadership and people skills development), internship included.
  • Good communication skills and able to create relationships (often remotely) with people of different status and cultures
  • Proactive
  • Creative, especially when it comes to communication
  • Digital and agility define you well
  • Preferably, structured and organized
  • Professional use of PowerPoint / presentation tools (video making / infographics)
