JOB PURPOSE / ROLE
The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting and supporting the Global Marketing Department with a variety of social media and marketing initiatives.
Develop, plan, implement, and keep track of several marketing projects
Involve in content production and distribution of marketing campaigns within the group using new and available channels
Manage content across social media platforms
Responsible for key social media engagement metrics
Collaborate with Allianz Partners’ international teams to drive the best marketing initiatives and follow up with the projects’ budget.
Ensure a prompt internal communication for the marketing team, updating the internal page with the most recent news about the team’s projects.
KEY REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
Solid understanding of content and online content practices.
Organizational skills and ability to negotiate contracts with suppliers.
Strong understanding and passion for online technologies, audience metrics, social media, search engine optimization, emerging technologies, etc.
Creative and entrepreneurial mindset.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Ready to help execute negotiated contracts with suppliers.
Demonstrated ability to work on a small team in a dynamic environment.
Capable of writing and converse in English and French fluently, other languages will be an added bonus.
Strong proficiency in MS office applications, especially Power Point and Excel.
