Assistin providing day-to-day leadership and direction by maximising financialreturns, driving, creating and maintaining a unique guest experience, executingon brand standards, and building awareness of hotel and brand in the localcommunity.
Assist General Manager in the development, implementation andmonitoring of financial and operational plans for the hotel to ensure optimumguest satisfaction, sales potential and profitability.
Act as Duty Manager in the absence of the Management.
Qualifications and requirements
Bachelor’sdegree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Administration,Business Administration, plus 2-3 years of operations experience in a five starcompany.
Must speak local language.
Other languages preferred.
