Proactivelydefining, driving and tracking KPIs that drive value for customer, vis-à-vistheir sourcing from Cognizant
Mentoringproject managers / leads & team members from Cognizant, working onsite, toensure that they are delivering a professional, high quality, high value &responsive service experience to the client
Primaryescalation point for Client for any project issues and shows the potential tomanage projects (if required)
Identifyingstrategic initiatives that help Client’s business achieve their goals.
Ensuringclear and timely communication and reporting of status of various projects tointernal and external stakeholders.
Identify & mitigate risks proactively
Proven account managementexperience in the Life Sciences Industry
Proven track record ingrowing accounts from existing business
Aspecialist typically with a strong IT services / MBA background
Proven experience in the IT industry, a significant amount of whichshould have been spent on managing customer relationships and farming’ clientaccounts.
Theperson should be strongly conversant in Project Management best practices,Solution architecture and Business Processes in the Life Sciences domain.
APrince 2 or equivalent certification would be a plus.
Shouldhave experience in delivering IT services in an onsite-offshore model.
