This position is required to assure compliance of Company operations to all applicable laws, regulations and standards, good business practices and company documented procedures (including knowledge of all standards, government occupational health and environmental regulations and statuses related to the site.)

This role assists with management of all Research and Development budgeting and financial reporting and reports directly to the Director of Finance, Global Research and Development.
Additionally, this role develops analysis of economic indicators in order to prepare forecasts and analyze company’s short, medium, long term position.

Other responsibilities as assigned and may take part in functional projects.
Required Skills and Experience
4 years experience required. MBA, CMA or CPA working towards preferred. IFRS, GAAP, ERP system, and Hyperion working knowledge.
Proficiency in wide application of technical principles, theories, concepts, and techniques in financial analysis, forecasting, and data reporting structures.
Advanced proficiency required in MS Excel, MS Access, MS Word, Powerpoint, Oracle, Hyperion and various financial software.
Ability to manage multiple requests and changing priorities, anticipate and plan for contingencies and meet deadlines.Excellent communication skills, both written and oral with ability to influence, consult, and make recommendations to internal and external partners, including leadership team.
Able to maintain confidentiality and exercise highest integrity.Possesses a complete understanding and wide application of financial principles, concepts and techniques in the field as well as knowledge of other disciplines.
Understands end-to-end business processes and actively listens to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external
