Job purpose : The role of the DEM is to lead the management of the brand digital ecosystem (platforms, data management, e-
commerce, CRM, SEO, Innovation) Key missions : Your key missions will be to lead the management of the ecosystem :
Manage website maintenance, optimization and development
Create new digital assets, landing pages following brand and markets activations
Recommend SEO strategy and lead the optimizations on the ecosystem
Create reports about natural navigation on the website
Propose new digital optimizations for the brand to improve consumer experience
Lead international localizations, work with Cuban teams and markets demands
Grow up the Data capture for Havana Club, activate centrally the data collected and help affiliate to activate efficiently
Run newsletter programs and trigger email campaigns, in collaboration with PR HQ initiatives
Create reports on CRM programs
Centralize markets eCRM programs and share the best practices
E-commerce : Push Havana Club products online via the existing ecosystem or Pernod Ricard’ tools and platforms (Drinks&Co )
Use of the PR tools : Falcon on social media, Exact Target on E-CRM, Google Analytics premium, etc.
Open-minded and curious, always on top of new trends and latest techniques in Digital topics
Solid organizational and time-management skills
A team player and collaborator, with excellent written / oral / interpersonal communication skills
Personal interest for global street culture (streetwear fashion, hip hop music, etc.) is a plus.
Scope and perimeter
Main interlocutors : Pernod Ricard affiliates (local brand teams), Havana Club Marketing Department, Pernod Ricard HQ Digital team, Relevant third parties.
Education required : University / School graduate from an accredited university / school
Work Experience required : ideally 4 years of previous work experience incl. internships in Digital ecosystem management
Language required : Fluent English. Spanish would be a plus.
