JOB PURPOSE / ROLE

Dedicated to bringing global protection, Allianz Partners is the B2B2C leader in assistance and insurance solutions with the following areas of expertise : International Health & Life, Automotive and Travel Insurance.

The department Organizational Management is in charge of driving Business demand across Allianz Partners’ business units (Worldwide).

Based in Paris and Munich, the team is responsible for prioritization of back-office investments and for fostering standardization and harmonization of processes and solutions across the Group.

You will join the Organizational Management Department as a Mobile Device & Digital Risks team member.

Having years of experience in electronics and appliance insurances plans, Allianz Partners is taking its expertise into mobile and digital risks protection.

The Mobile Device & Digital Risks line of business is one of the growth initiatives of Allianz Partners and is considered as a strategic business for the company.

You will join a dynamic and fast growing team focusing on the implementation of new Business Partners (Mobile device manufacturers, Appliance Manufacturers, Brokers, New actors of the Health Market, Digital Risks, Smart Home ).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As Business Analyst, you are responsible for :

  • Support Sales, Business development, Market Management into defining end to end IT solutions on the following line of business : Mobile Device and Digital Risks / Appliance Protection and Connected Health.
  • Foster, challenge and formalize business needs during tenders to ease future implementation and time to market.
  • Drive global processes alignment and high-level solution design to meet harmonization targets.
  • Anticipate and drive technical integration as well as business change management.
  • Help and follow-up implementation of the new signed deals.
  • Constantly monitor and report on progress to your management and all stakeholders.
  • Ensure end to end consistency of solution enablement and performance.
  • Challenge IT quotations of Allianz Technology Teams.
  • KEY REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Sales and / or Operations department (e.g. : offer management / tender management / product configuration) OR of 2-
  • 3 years in process design and business needs collection

  • Strong analytical abilities together with operational pragmatism
  • Highly motivated, dynamic, self-steering
  • Previous experience in international settings and / or cultural sensitivity in order to fit into a multinational project setup
  • Fluent in English
  • Possibility & willingness to travel abroad for short period on request
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to foster relationships with peers and other functions
  • Collaborative team player
  • Values diversity and works well in a multi-cultural environment
