We are looking for an experienced e-commerce product manager to lead the creation, development, implementation and operations of our e-

stores through our EMEALAAP region. Also, for driving and growing the online revenue thru our internal English Markets e-stores.

He / she possesses both the strategic vision & the practical experience e-commerce practice from the ground-up. By working in a coordinated way with the different departments he / she will be responsible for maximizing the turnover & the return on investment plus improving the customer lifetime value.

His / Her main responsibilities will be :

  • Responsible for levering an existing, country based segmentation that identifies customer preferences & expanding this segmentation to include the highest potential value customers.
  • Some key responsibilities include : Analytics & conversation rate optimization, performance analysis, identify high potential from customers' segmentation, product lines, promotional possibilities, etc.

    Develop e-commerce policy & monitor results, identify CRM & target opportunities. Particular attention to the conversion & ROI rates.

  • Perform multiple tests and optimizations to maximize conversions / sales.
  • Run A / B tests, conversation analysis, increase visit to registration / visits to purchase rate. Close work with the Webmaster in charge of the technical side of this topic.
  • Take fully in charge the making of all the reports and figures analysis related to the e-store activity. Effectively communicate on these and use it as a permanent help to improve business performance.
  • Participate to the budget building & direct sales targets
  • Work very closely with the Segments teams after understanding their specific needs. Share initiatives, best practices, problems & resolutions, knowledge in order to encourage results & innovation.
  • Be responsible for creating the right environment to insure everybody's involvement.

    Profile and skills :

    The right candidate for this dynamic role will be an expert in identifying the right way to position online products, optimizing conversions funnels, product usability testing, UX / UI, growth hacking, gamification, and of course driving web sales.

    Mobile experience is a big plus. Specific remit on emailing campaigns management accross the region from A to Z.

    This candidate should be well organized, have excellent communication skills and be able to work with a wide degree of autonomy.

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, Computer Science or related area

  • 4+ years’ experience in an ecommerce product or digital project management role
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time
  • Strong communications skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual English / French
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Must be able to work with autonomy
  • Experience working with and managing 3rd party resources if necessary
  • Experience with the software development lifecycle and / or agile development methodology
  • Knowledge and understanding of web architecture, web development and web usability
