We are looking for an experienced e-commerce product manager to lead the creation, development, implementation and operations of our e-
stores through our EMEALAAP region. Also, for driving and growing the online revenue thru our internal English Markets e-stores.
He / she possesses both the strategic vision & the practical experience e-commerce practice from the ground-up. By working in a coordinated way with the different departments he / she will be responsible for maximizing the turnover & the return on investment plus improving the customer lifetime value.
His / Her main responsibilities will be :
Some key responsibilities include : Analytics & conversation rate optimization, performance analysis, identify high potential from customers' segmentation, product lines, promotional possibilities, etc.
Develop e-commerce policy & monitor results, identify CRM & target opportunities. Particular attention to the conversion & ROI rates.
Be responsible for creating the right environment to insure everybody's involvement.
Profile and skills :
The right candidate for this dynamic role will be an expert in identifying the right way to position online products, optimizing conversions funnels, product usability testing, UX / UI, growth hacking, gamification, and of course driving web sales.
Mobile experience is a big plus. Specific remit on emailing campaigns management accross the region from A to Z.
This candidate should be well organized, have excellent communication skills and be able to work with a wide degree of autonomy.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, Computer Science or related area
