Reporting to the Sales Automotive Team, your primary function will be to partner with the Global Account Managers to ensure overall satisfaction of the identified Global Accounts in his / her portfolio with the complete business relationship with Lectra, while growing Lectra business and securing loyalty from the Global Accounts.
Duties and responsabilities :
You will be a key contributor to asssess and improve quality of all our services deliveries, to dratiscally improve the perception of the value of our services and ensure a total customer satisfaction.
Measure the level of adoption by the customer of Lectra solution and out in place the necessary actions to optimize the right usage of software and equipment’s in place
Coordinate and follow all business activity with Global Strategic Accounts, related to support services, and service contracts, and guarantee the alignment of these accounts to the value added of our services offer, as well as to grow our services business with them.
Support C&P business with the Global account
Desired Skill and experience :
Four-year Degree (Master) and / or equivalent relevant experience, preferably with Industrial Engineering
5 years experience in customer care organization managing with large accounts
Fluent in English and French, a third language is a plus.
Comfortable with international exposure
Strong sense of customer care and crisis situation management
Real team player with an entrepreneurship spirit
Displays high levels of energy and is able to rally multidisciplinary teams towards achieving a defined objective
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including C level type presentation skills
Must be computer literate (Windows, Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.)
The position is based in Bordeaux Cestas and requires regular travels in all regions of the world, and especially Germany and Eastern Europe, US and Mexico, China, Japan and Korea 50% of time or more .
