    To sustain our growth, we are looking for a :

    Customer Support Manager (M / F)

    Within Customer Support service, your function is to define and deploy the after-sales activities within the OEM and service network organizations all along product lifecycle.

    Your main activities will be :

  • Define and implement program after-sales commercial conditions (spares, repairs and services)
  • Negotiate support agreements with airframers during acquisition phase and their evolutions / amendments during product life cycle, and then ensure their implementation worldwide.
  • Support program managers on after-sales topics
  • Support sales managers for services sales by providing them commercial policy applicable and / or fine tuning offer establishment
  • Ensure program entry into service maturity, in consideration of ILS process requirements
  • Run service network capabilities deployment projects.
  • Contribute and / or lead transverse projects between the OEM and service network
  • Develop new services for LTS products
  • Contribute to the structuration of after sales activities (processes, operational rules, best practices) and wrote associated documentation
  • Profile :

    You have a Master degree in science or business and a successful experience of 5 years in aerospace customer support and services

    You are familiar with customer / supplier relations in an aeronautical context as well as airworthiness requirements. Your ability to run simultaneous multiple urgent activities will be a key success factor for this position.

    You master project management and are able to assertively discuss your positions with internal customers with conclusive skills.

    Fluent technical and business English is required.
