As an Associate, you are actively involved in the origination and execution of M&A transactions in France and internationally.
You also have an advisory role.

Formation / Spécialisation
Minimum level of education : Bac + 5 / Masters and above
Education / Specialization : Business School, Engineering School or University with Finance specialization
Experience : A three-to-five year experience in the field of Corporate Finance (M&A, Private Equity, Acquisitions Financing, Business Lawyer, Strategy, etc.)
fluent or bilingual English and French (written / oral), other languages will be regarded favourably
