As a Salesforce CRM Project Manager , you will be part of the Core Business Solution team.

The "Core Business Solution" unit is involved in the strategic development of the services offered by AXA IT to the Group's entities in the field of IT for the core business of Insurance such as : Property, Life, Health, CRM, and Anti-Fighting bleaching.

Your Main Missions :

1 / Deliver Design Authority on Salesforce.com for the Europe Region

  • Deliver Salesforce.com projects in Europe :
  • Animate workshops with Client IT and business representatives
  • Define solutions meeting requirements defined by the client
  • Write project deliverables
  • Configure the solution
  • If possible, develop / review the code and / or interfaces between Salesforce.com and the IS applications.
  • Realize functional tests
  • Prepare deployment of the solution on different environments (and initialization of the solution)
  • Develop the new and repeat business on Salesforce.com projects
  • 2 / Deliver Design Authority on Salesforce.com for AXA IT CRM CoE and local entities

  • Local advise and Design Authority
  • Global Sharing with AGS SFDC CoE
  • 3 / Deliver Salesforce.com projects for entities

  • On site and Off-Site model
  • Re-use of AXA Global Assets
  • Work closely with AXA entities on Salesforce.com topics
  • Work and manage local consultant / developers internal, external, offshore resources
  • 4 / Develop the local AXA IT team with local consultants and regional off-shoring

  • Contribute to build AXA IT CRM CoE with local ressources
  • Contribute to develop an off-shoring model
  • Qualifications

  • Functionnal skills
  • Must have :

  • Hands-on experience and good knowledge of Opportunity management and / or Contact Center processes in scope of the CRM domain
  • Knowledge of AGILE project methodologies
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (English)
  • Nice to have :

  • Knowledge of finance
  • Good analytical skills
  • Proactivity, flexibility and ability to work in a team in multiproject context
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Salesforce.com implementation projects
  • Master Degree / BAC + 5
  • Technical skills
  • Must have :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce.com implementation projects, including : Service Cloud, Chatter, Force.com etc.
  • Software and web development methodologies
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture and application integration, including SOA, ESB, EAI, ETL environments and an understanding of integration considerations such as process orchestration, customer data integration and master data management
  • A good understanding of database fundamentals
  • Nice to have :

  • Expertise on other CRM and Marketing solutions
  • Salesforce.com Certification
  • APEX, VisualForce skills
  • Knowledge and experience in Enterprise systems integration using Salesforce.com (API’s, ETL, Data Loader etc.)
  • Software and web development methodologies
