  • Identity lifecycle management from repositories (HR, procurement, etc.)
  • Workflow management on joiner, mover, leaver events, etc.
  • A unique account to access all applications and Different levels of authentication depending on the context (password, biometrics, SMS check, etc.).
  • A central repository to store information about users, machines and applications and a very sensitive crown jewel requiring high security and protection.
  • AXA’s unique identifier for all users and automation of security check and JML (Joiner Mover Leaver) process.
  • Management of roles in the solution (list to be defined) : hierarchical manager, application owner, etc.
  • In the context of CIO Activities :

  • Participation to the deployment strategy of the Identity Management.
  • Participation to the business requirements gathering.
  • Participation to the functional and technical workshops.
  • Participation to the design and specifications.
  • Implementation follow up (planning, budget, governance) of Identity Management and its integration into the IS, ensuring quality, consistency and durability.
  • Interface between data users and Identity Management teams.
  • Participation to the Organization and coordination of the entire project management team of the Identity Management and management of the different phases of the projects, ensuring the quality of the deliverables, as well as the proper management of the schedule and the associated budget.
  • Identification and anticipation of the risks.
  • Participation to Preparation and animation of the steering committees.
  • Mandatory :
  • Knowledge in identity and Master Data Management stakes, practices / deployment / using. Good skills in project management (minimum of 5 years).
  • Ability to conduct projects. Experience in IT tool management (BAU / project).

  • Advisable : BAU knowledge. Microsoft Office.

  • Team player.
  • Workshop animation.
  • Creative mind and pedagogy.
  • Good organization and team management.
  • Good communication skills given the numerous interactions (internal & external interlocutors).
  • Ability to adapt according to the interlocutor (Head Of, management controller, account manager ...).
