EVENT & PRINT PROJECT LEADER (Temporary Position)
Job Description Summary
Under the guidance of the Offline Channel Excellence Team Leader, the Event & Print Leader will plan, develop, implement, track and optimize innovative & customer-centric event & print projects according to company / BU strategies, goals and positioning in support of holistic communication plans.
Activities
Provide strategy and leadership to design & deliver world-class communications and to enhance the Brand Experience
Events
Plan, design and deliver innovative and engaging events and communication plansWork with standbuilders to design effective structures.
Organize and execute the logistics (pre-congress, on-site and post-congress) of BD’s participation at international congresses with the appropriate support of selected vendors and of internal stakeholdersCollaborate internally with all key stakeholders.
Ensure delivered on time and within budgetNegotiate participation terms for the events with congress associationsMeasure and report performance against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Provide innovate concepts / recommendationsTest concepts with key stakeholdersDesign and deliver all print campaign assetsMeasure and report performance against goals (ROI and KPIs)Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partnersUnderstand communication behaviours of key target groupsPractise competitive intelligence to ensure differentiation
Collaborate with other team members on cross-channel campaigns
