Manage the entire perimeter for Talent Acquisition across Europe & Asia : Operations, Marketing, Brand, Finance & People.
Hire, develop and manage a highly-skilled & motivated TA generalist team (4+ people).
Launch TA strategies on different channels : campus management, new offices & territories, employer branding, etc.
Chase relentlessly the best candidates for the jobs you own, and go the extra mile to close the deal!
Educate business leaders and hiring managers on processes, interview best practices and decision making.
Keep up to date with the latest HR trends, use new and creative ways to find and engage our people.
Share, learn and partner with the People Team to generate the best-in-class People strategy to support our business.
You are in the right place if
You have a solid experience of managing a TA team and evidence of transforming the recruitment function into an effective organisation.
You have worked in a fast-growing and in an international environment with scaling challenges.
You are driven by data and a tech savvy : you love pulling data & assessing complex information, you like to play with the new tools to improve efficiency.
