In this context, AXA Partners CIO wants to appoint a Head of IT Strategy and Transformation who will be responsible for defining IT strategy, ensuring that transformation agenda and the resulting initiatives are aligned with AXA Partners strategy, well designed and executed, and expected impacts and benefits delivered thanks to comprehensive and consistent roll-out and change management
The Head of IT Strategy and Transformation acts as the key cornerstone across all IT functions, at global and regional level providing expert advice to CIOs and teams to ensure best-practice execution of AXA Partners’ vision of architecture, transformation approach, performance and risk management.
As part of Global Operations, the role holder works tightly with Global Operations Departments to ensure that IT’s means but also culture and priorities match AXA Partners’ transformation imperatives.
The Head of IT Strategy and Transformation will manage 4 departments, composed approximately of 40-60 collaborators :
Define and propose to the IT SLC (Senior Leadership Committee) the IT Strategy for AXA Partners
Co-ordinate AXA Partners global IT transformation agenda working closely with each function, regions and, finance and HR teams to understand business case content and to provide global oversight on activity and benefits to be realized Define and drive AXA Partners enterprise architecture, business architecture and information technology to make an Agile, simple, reliable and cost-effective Information System, to foster innovation, and to reduce the technical debt Ensure that the business and enterprise architecture are aligned with the business ambition and priorities Promote architecture and technology standards, guidelines in AXA Partners’ Agile ecosystem Ensure effective stakeholder engagement (within IT, Global Operations and AXA Partners’ ecosystem) and communication to maintain alignment, facilitate strategic arbitrage and enable progress Define the IT Transformation Governance and Run that governance to ensure the Execution of the Plan Communicate and report on the progress of the IT Strategy and Transformation to the relevant stakeholders and governance bodies (Excom, AP Transfo Steerco, ).
Define and build the Global Performance dashboard of the IT activities and report to the stakeholders.
Apply the Risk Management framework for the IT scope and manage the KRI reporting Audit : Plan the audit within the IT organization, manage the relationship with auditors and validate the audit report and the MAP.
Do the follow up of the audit issues Internal Control : Define the roll out plan of the IC framework, manage the relationship with the IC team and do the follow up the IC issues Compliance : Define and animate the Compliance governance applicable to the IT activities, define and communicate the compliance rules and policies applicable to the IT and assess globally the level of compliance of the IT activities and manage the remediation plans related.
