In the context of Veolia Resourcing the World mission, the IS&T plan aims at positioning Group IS&T as the Digital Business Partner by providing maximum value to Veolia.
In order to reach this goal, the strategy is based on creating the appropriate Digital Atmosphere that supports Employees, Customers, Operations and Digital Offers.
Addressing these 4 pillars of the Digital Roadmap, the Group IS&T has elaborated an ambitious program called EVEREST.
EVEREST is built upon 3 projects :
SATAWAD (Secure AnyTime, AnyWhere, Any Device) : to implement the digital culture among our employees, bringing them a fully secured and collaborative environment.
MOVE2CLOUD (M2C) : to benefit from the agility, reliability, security and cost in our infrastructures and IT assets.
DATA4BUSINESS (D4B) : to design and manage the proper data governance to enable the analytics and extract the value from our data.
Following this strategy and organization, the Group IS&T is positioned as the Digital Business Partner within Veolia, in order to enhance the Employee Digital Workplace, streamline Business Processes for Customer and Operations and make Veolia Businesses smarter with new Digital offerings
Product Manager Job Responsibilities :
Develops, implements and facilitates the adoption of products by conducting (depending on the type of product - bought or developed) : market research;
identifying potential products, generating product requirements; determining specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-
integrated plans for product introduction.
Delivers the product bringing the maximum value for Veolia.
A Product Manager must address both the technical / technological / operational and the customer / usage / marketing aspects of the product, constantly measuring these 2 dimensions of his product.
Product Manager Job Duties :
Customer / usage / marketing
Performs market watch on his product and assess market competition by comparing his product to competitors' products.
Assesses product data by calling on customers with CEM (Client Engagement Managers) and evaluating internal
Determines customers' needs and desires by engaging CEM to obtain internal business requirements.
Manages the Product Life Cycle, builds the Product Road-Map, participates to advisory board, interacts with suppliers / partners.
Provides source data for product line communications by defining product marketing communication objectives.
Provides information for management (CEM, Project Manager, Domain Leaders) by preparing dashboards and analysis; answering questions and requests, including adoption measures
Brings new products and new features to stakeholders.
Introduces and markets new products by developing time-integrated plans with CEM, and IS&T transversal functions.
Ensures that the supplier in charge of delivering the product respects the contract execution including SLA / KPI and billing.
Develops the Product Package and Product promotion, being able to describe what the product does and doesn’t and identifying and publishing success stories internally and externally
Measures and promotes the product usage. Ensure the best and maximum usage of his product. Collects user experiences. Collects customer satisfaction and puts in place improvement action plans (reduce the incident ticket number, increase the likes number, improve usage KPI)
Create and animate a user community
Establishes the Product deployment plan or decommissioning / replacement schedule
Technical / technological / operational
Shares best practices with other Product Managers
If appropriate, ensures DevOps of the product, request platforms administration, request additional specific developments
Maintains product management documents
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications;
establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Contributes / supports to the EVEREST Projects that consume his product.
Assist CEM when they promote the product
Ensure L2 / L3 support to the product users
Ensure appropriate link about his product with all Transversal Functions like Legal, Finance (especially on billing with supplier & recharging to BU)
Contributes to Product team effort by accomplishing related results as needed like checking overlap between products
Express his requirements regarding the Transversal Functions and expect appropriate assistance including training.

Educational background : Degree in Computer Science
Experience : from 2 to 5 years in Web and Public Cloud domains
Mastering the entire G Suite environment : Gmail, Hangouts, Google+, GDrive, Sites, Slides,
Calendar, Forms, Sheets, Docs, Groups, Contact, Vault ...
Vault e-discovery matter and retention policies, legal & compliance
Ability to review technical documentation, specifications, and architecture
Understand the applicable Group security rules on the G Suite perimeter and implement them in
collaboration with the dedicated security teams.
Connectivity and network basics (data, voice, video)
Product Management or Product Development
Understanding the Customer, Requirements Analysis, Pricing, Planning, Competitive Analysis,
Sales Planning, Inventory Control, Financial Planning and Strategy
Experience in designing, implementing and supporting multiple Cloud based solutions
for enterprise (Public Cloud, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
Experience in the use and in the implementation of collaborative practices (G Suite)
Experience in enterprise environment with knowledge of key information system blocks
Knowledge of the main security referential (ISO27001, OWASP )
