Plantronics is seeking an innovative and experienced Senior Manager APAC Voice Alliances GTM. This is a role that drives business value for Plantronics by articulating and identifying joint go-

to-market motions with our named Voice alliances across APAC inclusive of global UCC / CC alliances(Cisco / Broadsoft, Genesys, Avaya, Amazon, etc.

You will be focused on driving joint Plantronics and alliance partner go-to-market offers and programs. You will be expected to become an authority on the named voice alliances strategy, their solutions and go-

to-market motion in your region while also advocating for these on global level. This is in conjunction with being the APAC expert on global alliance partners in your region.

The Senior Manager leads the development of theatre opportunity mapping and sales team alignment that incorporates field marketing and channels.

Engaging with these teams together with other stakeholders to develop impactful alliance plays and execute demand generation activities to drive incremental attach and revenue.

In this role you will work cross-functionally with APAC sales, marketing, channels and theatre and have an opportunity to be part of the global alliance team, have impact on global alliance GTM strategies and program.

You will work within the scope of exciting new and existing APAC alliance ecosystem partners and stakeholders. The Senior Manager will be directly involved in executing and scaling joint go-

to-market offerings and solutions with named alliances and the wider Plantronics ecosystem.

Specific Responsibilities include :

  • Build specific, actionable and measurable business plans for your named Voice alliances across Plantronics APAC ensuring input and support from channels, field and corporate marketing and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Execute against global UCC and CC business plans, managing budgets and timelines while ensuring performance goals are met and tracked.
  • Develop and cultivate strong relationships with key decision makers in the market, alliances and partner contacts. Genuine understanding of how to identify and build solid relationships with multiple key decision makers with named voice alliances both at corporate and theatre level.
  • Understand, articulate and position both internally and externally Plantronics’ solutions portfolio and the individual value add we have for each of our named Voice alliances.
  • Own the alliance story, broker conversations between sales and marketing executives from our alliance partners and ecosystem channel partners and Plantronics theatre and field sales
  • Articulate Plantronics value proposition to our named alliances and likewise advocacy for named alliance within the company.
  • Support promotion and uptake of partner integration efforts (find joint customers, map channel RTM and launch supported by marketing)
  • Provide guidance and field recommendations for partner industry events in partnership with Plantronics marketing organization to ensure alliance goals are met.
  • Working with business segment leads to develop appropriate messaging platforms, content, and stories to create specific UCC alliance selling and marketing tools as needed.
  • Requirements :

  • Be excited about leading Plantronics efforts in our fastest growing segment where opportunities abound across Voice, Meetings, Mobility and Immersive video experiences.
  • 10+ years of industry experience across sales, channels and marketing. Likewise, industry experience across headsets, voice, SaaS and video communications and alliances alike.
  • Proven ability to work in a matrix environment within a globally distributed team using strong influencing and collaborative skills.
  • Ability to move between channel GTM motions and navigate Sell to , sell with scenarios.
  • Displays a high level of passion, energy and excitement and drive
  • Change agent with a demonstrated ability to be flexible, positive and creative in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Possesses the ability to develop and clearly articulate objectives using both analytical thinking, reference to facts and best practices while remaining creative and open minded.
