Missions :

Specialist in Crimping field, PG Industrial Crimping Process Leader supports Standard PG projects bringing them and implementing innovative technical solutions in accordance with Project QCD targets.

PWG : PG Industrial Crimping Process Leader manages Transversal technical projects in his field (PWG).

Responsabilities :

Search for, propose and implement Process developments according to current Platform Projects :

Insure Tech watch in his expertise field (exchanges with suppliers, partners, competitor analysis, )

Protect innovations with patents and insure patent analysis in his field

Take part in PDT up-date, insure Process Roadmaps up-date and coordinate development axis in his Process scope : Crimping

Define and prototype new Process / Toolings principles

Write specifications / drawings (with CAO equipments available) related to new prototype equipments as well as 1st serial or representative toolings

Consult, realize and validate PG prototype equipments / toolings in line with Platform projects QCD targets

Provide technical support to : PG projects, plant, Product Group, Business Group,

Define and write Process standards in his field and check their deployment

Realize or take part to Process FMEA, contribute to Validation plan writing in his field

Lead his Process network within Product Group and capitalize know-how in his competence field

Establish and animate a network in PG Crimping Field and coordinate assessment for specialist in TPT plants

Insure Process operations for PG Standards in respect with Process Development Projects QCD targets :

Guarantee safety, maintenance and evolution of PG / Protos equipments in his field

Insure adjustments and Process operations on Prototypes in line with QCD targets

Insure connections with upstream and downstream Process steps

Transversal Activities

Demonstrate behavior compliant with VALEO values, with strategical orientations, and with Code of ethics respect

Involvement in 5 axis approach application and his deployment

Active involvement in continuous improvement approach (particularly through Improvement proposals emission and realization) and productivity (-30 plan)

Strict application of all standards (working instructions and procedures) for job execution.

In this context, particularly respect :

Waste selective sorting instructions and environment

Cleaning and tidying standards (5S)

Hygiene and safety rules for him-self and others

Contribution to External and internal customer satisfaction

Information transmission during 5’ meeting and participation to monthly meetings

Coach and train people in his network

Master's degree

5-7 years in Industrial process field
