Description of the job
A great experience for a Spares Operations Administrator has arisen within ATR Product & Services in Blagnac.
You will be part of multi-skilled team developing new ways of coordinating Spares supply to world-wide customers in order to optimize solutions and services, generating customer value and ensuring safe, reliable and efficient operation of ATR Aircraft around the world.
You will report to the Head of Operation Control Center which deals with transnational (and especially with Subsidiaries in Miami & Singapore) activities.
You will be part of Performance Group into OCC Team in charge of continuous improvement.
Tasks & accountabilities
Your missions will consist in :
1 / Analyze and share the worldwide customer backlog :
Assist to deploy new reliable and efficient measurement methods to reduce supplier EDD and anticipate possible crisis;
Assist on the Top Priority PN through system monitoring and trans-functional meetings to challenge and drumbeat long EDD and avoid customer crisis;
Share AOG Backlog.
2 / Support on ATR Stock available Performances (TLS, Singapore, Miami) :
Organizing meetings and communications with COD, AOG and Centers in order to discuss about non-Performance weekly results;
Assist in the follow up of non-Performance Root Cause;
Share stats within ATR and propose improvement axis to reduce as much as possible the global non-performance when stock is available.
3 / Ensure correct allocation and on-time delivery :
Support the COD in order to reach the customer satisfaction when the part is available and ready to be shipped;
Interface with warehouse to ensure the correct delivery;
Ensure the clean-up of the database (SAP notifications, orders and quotations..)

You’re educating in commercial / business with overall knowledge in aeronautic or related discipline, with strong customer focus, motivated by aircraft operation activities.
You are developing a master degree diploma or equivalent
You are looking for a position of maximal duration of 12 to 36 month
You can demonstrate a fluent English level
You will develop the following soft-skills :
o Agile Ways of Working deliver concrete results or customer recommendations
o Products / services / solutions feature portfolio knowledge of the company
o Statistical analysis, data analysis & display
o Good communications skills
o Operational knowledge in several domains : Logistics, Customer Support, Sourcing, Procurement etc.
o Knowledge and understanding of digital technologies and their associated challenges inside the company
o Aeronautics experience customer support, operations, sales, project management, continuous improvement
