The Open Text Professional Services team is comprised of more than 3,000 consultants who act as trusted advisors, managing long-
lasting relationships with more than 100,000 customers around the world. They are responsible for the delivery of business solutions from pre-
sales to post implementation. Our teams of experts help organizations solve issues, create value, improve business performance, and work more effectively in an increasingly digital world.
As an Open Text Senior consultant, you will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and you will be recognized as a subject matter expert within the Enterprise Information Management space.
You will be supported with training on our solutions, the ability to receive relevant certifications and opportunities for advancement.
Our experts also frequently have the opportunity to take part in international assignments. From supporting your customer with the implementation of systems and optimization of our products, to conducting workshops to gather technical / functional requirements.
As a Senior Consultant for OpenText software, you will be assuming the leadership of consulting and implementation of projects, advising clients on our technologies.
You are great at :
Designing, developing and implementing solutions
Conducting workshops with clients, performing the analysis at the customer including driving meetings with all stakeholders at the customer
Introducing and ensuring the efficient operation of the customer's requirements and supporting for the productive round out your area of responsibility
Developing and implementation customized approaches both functional and technical
Taking responsibility for configuring, implementing, testing ECM based solutions for our customers,
Conducting troubleshooting, and be part of tasks forces to tackle issues (performances, bugs, )
Maintaining and sharing expertise through self-education, participation in forums, conferences and discussions
Mentoring peer team members
What it takes :
Self-motivating, customer facing, committed and self-managing person with 5 or more years of experience in designing, implementing and supporting Enterprise Content Management solutions Experience in the configuration and development of OpenText solutions,
especially around Documentum (D2, xCP, ).
A degree in computer science or a comparable education
Working technical knowledge of Web Servers, Unix, Windows, VMWare virtualized platforms, Java Application Servers and relational databases.
Deep level of understanding of IT concepts e.g. client server, protocols.
Solid skill level in at least one product area of Enterprise Information Management.
Working knowledge of Cloud computing strategies, business models, and issues.
Very good level of English.
