In support of Sanofi’s Play to Win strategy we are building out an internal team focused on Organizational Capability & Consulting .
The Sr. Organizational Consultant will be a key member of this newly formed team, which will be deployed against the highest impact organizational opportunities, in line with our Transformation portfolio.
As a senior member of the consulting team, they will also provide direction and coaching to more junior colleagues.Consulting projects will span a range of activities from facilitating the design of organizational architecture (for example, Target Operating Models, Organizational Designs, Strategic Workforce Plans) through to their implementation managing organizational, team and employee effectiveness through Change Journeys, activating organizational culture, Post-merger Integration etc.About you Experience :
This experience may have been gained in either an internal or external consulting role, or a line role with exposure to transformation and organizational change.
Sponsors of the project should at least be at an equivalent of direct reports to the Executive Committee for projects that you have led, or Executive Committee sponsorship where you were part of a broader engagement team.Skills :
