Your main mission will be :

Solar service activity processing, procurement and scheduling of finished products and spare parts optimizing reliability, punctuality and costs.

Your responsibilities

  • Ensure the administrative processing of customer complaints (management of after-sales service orders, compliance with processing deadlines, management of returns of defective products, management of disputes, invoice verification).
  • Contact customers to organize the flow of replacement and returns of products (delivery time, transport, follow-up information, reminders).
  • Supply stocks to factories (Italy, India) in line with customer demand, monitor lead times and alert the parties concerned.
  • To control and optimize their levels while respecting the required performances in relation to the factory and the logistics provider (seasonality of the activity).
  • Ensure the management of the relationship with the logistics service provider and plant performance
  • Set up service logistics systems adapted to key customers. Develop and follow up the dashboards of this activity, propose improvement actions.

  • Your background

  • You are graduatet from Bachelor degree in Management and / or Supply Chain. You have at least 3 years of professional experience in export and you know the Incoterms.
  • You have evolved in the industrial field and you master SAP and office tools. Your level of English (written and spoken) allows you to use it in your daily work.
