  • Driving delivery of country financial performance targets for all sales channels,-Delivering country HSE performance targets through influencing the partner to adopt relevant HSE practices,-
  • Managing functional interactions and cluster level relationships,- Agreeing and implementing the resources allocations for the country in line with board requirements,-

    Influencing the partner to develop local sales succession plans,- Improving and delivering customer experience in targeted sectors and customer groups

    Le profil recherché

    With more than 15 years sales management experience of handling a complex business environment, you have the experience of building strong relationships with large business partners.

    With an exposure to JV context, you have a proven in senior leadership roles in Egypt.Fluency in Arabic and English is a must-
