ROLE SUMMARY :
This role is responsible for working with the Associate Manager, Customer Marketing and Sales team to improve the performances of our brands and ensuring a best in class execution of the Customer Marketing initiatives , to meet business objectives in terms of sales and share.
Key to this will be working with the local category and sales team to identify customer priorities and insights.
Contributes to the Net Sales and Market Shares for the Categories assigned
Responsible for analysing, buidling recommandation and implementing commercialization plan.
Support the Associate Manager, and the Senior Associate in daily management of his / her brands.
For main customers, build relevant growth plan leveraging on assortment, promotions, merchandising and marketing activation for his / her brands
Identify Shopper Insights and translate them into actionable plans to win at the Point of Sales for his / her brands
Translate the Regional Category Strategy into plans by channel and customers for his / her brands
Develop Trade Presentations leveraging on Regional materials for his / her brands
DESIRED SKILL REQUIREMENTS / COMPETENCIES / EXPERIENCE :
Education and experience :
Business School Master or equivalent university degree Fluent in English and French, both written and oral
Marketing or Sales Commercial background
1 / 2 years of experience : marketing FMCG as intern followed byt 12 to 24 months Field Sales Experience
Technical and soft skills :
Drive for results with high degree of initiative and speed
Acts with integrity
Organisational and planning skills with the ability to multi-task and to prioritize
Solid analytical skills
First experience using market data / panels (e.g. AC Nielsen) is a must
Strong communicator and team player, able to build relationships at all levels and across function in matrix environment
Proficient Microsoft Office
