    Job summary

    Ensure that services and projects under your responsibility are delivered on time, on budget, on quality and comply with bank policy and established practices.

    Main Responsibilities :

    Reach agreement on objectives and acceptance criteria

  • Identify stakeholders and contributors for each activity.
  • In coherence with team's operating model, establish governance and / or reporting methods
  • Coordinates with stakeholders and contributors for defining objectives and acceptance criteria
  • Manage budget and capacity allocation according to priorities communicated by functional manager and stakeholders
  • Manage resources task allocation and monitor delivery stream on all aspects (budget, schedule, quality)

  • Manage budget and capacity allocation accordingly with priorities of each assignment
  • Ensure that each project are conducted as per agreed methodology and in respect for its governance
  • Be involved in design, implementation and testing of solutions developed by the team and ensure that each solution fulfils client needs
  • Report status, progresses and risks in compliance with applicable reporting framework

  • Identify, evaluate and report risks and issues to ensure corrective and / or preventive measures are timely taken
  • Publish and update reports on regular basis as defined by department management
  • Handle support escalation for HR applications under team responsibility

  • In the frame of global support organization, contribute to the support of HR systems under team responsibility
  • Escalate and follow-up the problem to external software provided or third party if the problem is beyond the capacity of the team
  • Contribute to continuous improvement streams

  • Promote cohesion and commitment of the team on its missions
  • Under the lead of the head of team, contribute to continuous improvement streams
  • Expert on HR application portfolio under team responsibility

  • Mastery of specific concepts and principles applicable to HR application portfolio
  • Stay abreast of applicable technologies
  • Minimal education level

    Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

    Academic qualification / Speciality

    Relevant degree

    Level of minimal experience


    Relevant experience in project management

    Good knowledge on HR applications

    Required skills

    Good interpersonal skills

    Excellent written and oral communication

    Good time management

    Ability to adapt in multicultural environment

    Technical skills required
