    Veblen has been exclusively appointed to recruit on behalf of a fast-expanding medical device company that offers an array of state-

    of-the-art aesthetics equipment and skincare products.

    The business is being financially backed by a major global pharmaceutical company, and is at an exciting point within its history as it is set to launch in to the European marketplace.

    It is due to this expansion that the company is looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager to cover territory in France.

    The appointed Sales Manager will sell the company’s range of capital products to customers with a view to meet and exceed sales targets.

    This will involve prospecting, cold calling and attending tradeshows and sales events in order to win new business. Candidates must have existing experience and contacts within the medical aesthetics industry, and additional responsibilities of the role include :

  • Identifying quality sales prospects
  • Working with customers for sales referrals with new prospects
  • Develop a clear understanding of products to communicate their safety and effectiveness to customers
  • Update all sales activity in the CRM system
  • Close sales accurately and effectively to meet quota for assigned sales products and services
  • Respond to all emails received from the customers, internal employees and related vendors in a timely manner
  • The Requirements

  • Strong aesthetic / medical device sales experience
  • Excellent time management, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Full driving license
  • Willing to travel extensively
