Mission :

The warehouse manager is responsible for the reliability of the stock and the activities related to the movements of parts within the stores (entrances, exits, blockages quality, etc .

  • and ensures the availability of adequate means and skills for the realization of operations (manages absences and versatility of the store team).
  • He coordinates the global organization of the store team, he is responsible for the Safety, Quality, Costs and Deadlines objectives of his sector in connection with the other services of the Product Line.

    Main tasks : o Operational tasks :

    o Operational tasks :

    Management of parts in kanban (replenishment, storage, counting & inventories, dispute resolution) Ensure the reactive taking into account of the storage of validated parts to put in stock.

    Ensure the completeness of the orders of manufacture

    Transfer of defective parts to quality when necessary.

    Physical organization of subcontracting

    Create new locations and new locations, especially in the case of new products Management of peremptions

    Management of raw bars

    Management of skips and compactors.

    Support for different positions if necessary (picking, PDR, reception, preparation of kit pumps ...)

    o Stock compliance management :

    Be responsible for the quality of information from his process

    Ensure the management of reserves

    Follow up on open SAP Production Orders

    Ensure the analysis, the treatment of anomalies and the implementation of corrective actions

    Keep the indicator of the parts stored

    Prepare upstream annual inventories of the raw parts store and the finished parts store

    Ensure the availability of work procedures, their changes and their correct application at workstations.

    Apply and enforce the quality assurance system in its activity

    o Animation of the store team :

    Manage operator assignments on different workstations according to their skills and load.

    Coordinate the team to ensure deadlines and alert if necessary

    Manage and develop the versatility of staff

    Ensure reporting to the workshop manager

    Ensure the proper use of the means of handling, their good storage at the end of the post and their maintenance

    Facilitate the progress of the store (CIP building site, lean approach)

    Listening, including sources of staff commitment, help maintain the social climate and inform the workshop manager.

    o Security and environmental management :

    Apply and enforce safety instructions

    As a referent in the store, train staff to the risks in his sector

    Prevent the occurrence of risk situations by making immediate corrections

    In the event of an incident or non-compliance, participate in the analysis of the problem and the implementation of the corrective actions.

    Improve ergonomics as much as possible.

    Manage the 6S approach in the store area (including audits).

    Participate in job analyzes when necessary

    Technical knowledge :

    Knowledge in production and supply management (MRP, kanban, etc ...)

    Knowledge in store organization, deposit management (permanent and temporary)

    Knowledge of safety and quality standards

    Knowledge in logistics and activity planning

    Knowledge in handling and gripping methods, control of handling equipment

    Ability to take initiatives and manage his activity independently, reporting

    High reactivity essential, expected proactivity

    Ability to lead a working group

    Knowledge of the company :
