Purpose of the role
As an Operations Engineer , your mission will be to operate and support (Level 3) B&A Solution hosted in both cloud and on-prem infrastructure.
You will have to deploy application upgrade, monitor platform health, support Level 2 Team and assist in Customer integration within the system.
Deliverables / Tasks
Investigate the origin of errors and develop recommendations for suitable technical solutions by seeking the necessary information from R&D teams.
Report bugs or requests for improvement to the R&D teams. Participate in the Bugs Review’ with Marketing, R&D and project teams.
Benefit the regions. Document customer use cases.
