About the role :

Nutricia North America has an exciting opportunity for a Associate Manager, Digital Marketing, ideally located in Maryland / DC but open to remote locations.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead all digital communications for our upcoming DTC launch of an exciting breakthrough new product helping aging adults with memory support.

We are looking for someone who has a track record of creating best-in-class digital marketing programs that align with the overall marketing and communications objectives.

Qualified candidates will be on the cutting-edge of today's digital marketing ecosystem, including technology, media capabilities, content marketing, measurement, and innovation.

They will be naturally curious and an inability to settle for the status quo within their campaigns. This role will also collaborate closely with the ecommerce and healthcare professional / medical team.

Essential Functions :

  • Partner with the Marketing Director, Ecommerce team, and HCP team to develop breakthrough content (creative lead and copywriting) for our new product launch display ads, CRM emails, website, HCP campaign extensions, organic and paid social content, etc.
  • Creative and media agency management day-to-day lead for agency partner management, ensuring all partners are aligned to our strategy, working holistically, and optimizing to the strongest performing channels / creative units
  • Social media strategy and execution, including ongoing community management, organic strategy, content strategy, paid campaign management, graphic creation and posting
  • Campaign metrics and measurement always keep a pulse on performance to ensure KPIs are met or exceeded
  • Media management day-to-day optimizations and ongoing reporting / pace to goals
  • CRM journey development and content execution, working in partnership of the ecommerce team
  • Website content and UX optimizations and testing in partnership with ecommerce team
  • Knowledge, skills and abilities :

  • Strong digital marketing acumen and a proven track record of developing and managing full-funnel campaigns tied to business results
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively : analyze, synthesize, recommend, and take action
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms a plus
  • Thorough understanding of inbound & outbound email marketing, organic and paid search engine marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, website strategy, customer relationship management, KPI selection and optimization based on role of touchpoints
  • About you :

  • Bachelor's degree required, ideally in Marketing. MBA preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience strategizing DTC digital marketing programs / experience managing performance marketing campaigns
  • CPG experience preferred
  • eCommerce / D2C experience
  • CMS experience
  • Social Media experience

    The base compensation range for this position is $90,000-$105,000. Danone North America additionally offers a performance-based bonus and has a strong benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug Coverage, 401k Plan, Wellness Program, Life Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement, Flexible Time Off, and Paid Parental Bonding Leave, among other benefit plan options.
