The offshore schedule is set-up with Microsoft Project.
Currently a list of equipment to be installed is provided by Engineering department and is followed to set-up the offshore schedule.
This list is an excel spread sheet where we can find all the technical information.
The intention of this internship is to develop a tool and processes that make the process of creating the offshore schedule almost fully automated.
Meaning managing the communication between the excel spread sheet and the Microsoft Project file. Subsequently, the candidate will have to have advanced IT skills.
