Job Overview and Responsibilities
Reporting to the head of the Industrialization and Quality (IQ) team of the PVDF unit at the Tavaux site, you will participate in the quality management of the unit in particular (*) for the Batteries activity in progress of IATF 16949 certification.
The PVDF Quality Engineer is responsible for : Ensure that the products / parameters followed in the various tools (P-FMEA, monitoring plans, etc.
are under control within the framework of established processes and to facilitate improvements within these processes. Support the management of the quality management system (QMS) by verifying the compliance of systems and processes with established standards and in particular IATF 16949.

The tasks and responsibilities, within its scope, include, but are not limited to, the following : Monitors product quality performance through SPC and capability analysis of critical raw materials and product parameters.
Solicits MSA studies from internal PVDF and external laboratories with regard to customer needs. Works with the Unit Quality Manager to monitor, reinforce and communicate quality issues, quality leaks and other systemic quality issues.

Education and Experience
Engineering degree in chemical or chemistry or materials engineering or Master in Quality Management Knowledge and practical experience of the IATF 16949 : 2016 standard.
A Black Belt certification or at least Green Belt 5 years of experience in project and team management.
