As a Field Service Engineer you will :
repair and / or instal products or IT solutions at customer side, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts
diagnose system failures and determine most cost-effective solution
escalate complex issues to greater level of technical support or quality reporting system
you may develop new customer service / products agreements
respond to customer support calls within an assigned territory
Qualifications Competencies :
you have in-depth technical knowledge of our product portfolio and related products
you are able to demonstrate the base functions of our hardware and related workflow in a customer environment
you are able to diagnose problems and take necessary actions
you are customer oriented
you have strong affinity with software
you are able to provide clear information to the customer with respect to action plans and progress
able to work independently
willing to travel frequently (around 80%), incl. outside your country
have a positive attitude and consider yourself a team player
