As one of our Product Manager,
You will participate in the product strategy, in the definition of the product functionalities, API and GUI,
You will manage the software delivery in connection with our R&D team and
You will coordinate the go-to-market with our marketing and sales team.Product management is a central role at NeoXam. It is performed by the product team that leads initiatives in collaboration with R&D, Sales and Marketing. Your mission consists in :
Understanding the market need and guaranteeing the adequacy between the value proposition and the market demand (ie. product-market fit).
Solving business problems by defining, at a high level, product functionalities, user interfaces and programmatic interfaces.
Organizing the delivery of functionalities and guaranteeing, in connection with the R&D manager, the timing and quality of the deliveries
Providing the sales force with the resources & collaterals, in terms of marketing support and pitches, to position the product versus business needs and competition.

Excellent technical depth that allows you to challenge R&D teams on software architecture, costs, deadlines, and quality
Leadership and execution : you will find the path of least resistance, set the pace and keep teams focused on a goal.
Communication facilities both internally and externally : you generate interest and enthusiasm for the initiatives you undertake. Prefered experience
Graduate from an engineering school.
You have at least 3-year experience in a technical or product role.
You have a good user empathy.
You have good business sense.
