  • THE PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE

    The purpose of the Activation Executive is to manage best-in-class campaign activation and support planning across all offline channels, delivering exceptional results against agreed parameters and become an expert in the Australian media landscape.

    There will also be the opportunity to support execution and management of digital content campaigns. The Activation Executive reports into the Activation Manager and will be managed day-to-day by a Senior Planning & Activations Executive.

    You will have the chance to work within a multi-discipline team and learn a diverse set of skills across a range of interesting clients within financial services, travel and beauty categories.

    You will be strong on TV and other offline channels and will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid capacity upskiling in digital activity.

    WHAT KEY RESPONSIBILITIES DOES THIS ROLE HAVE?

  • Execute the activation of campaigns across TV, radio and OOH, ensure campaigns are tracked and optimised, develop detailed weekly reports (or agreed reporting schedule), and final media post analysis
  • Work with the Senior Planning and Activations Executive in the planning of campaigns, whilst managing implementation of this activity
  • Liaising with media vendors, client and PR agency in the development of digital content campaigns
  • WHAT BEHAVIOURS DOES OUR DREAM ACTIVATION EXECUTIVE HAVE?

  • Passionate about the media and advertising industry with an interest in new technology
  • Confident and engaging interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, able to guide and influence key stakeholders
  • Ability to keep themselves and their team accountable for their outputs
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Able to think creatively, laterally and conceptually
  • Develops professional relationships with media partners, understanding the information sharing boundaries
  • Attention to detail that is second to none
  • KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 1 - 2 years' experience in offline (TV, radio, OOH) planning, buying and implementation. Some digital experience ideal but not essential.
  • Experience across the key media buying and measurement tools including eTAM, BMD, AQX Fusion (or similar buying platform)
  • Basic intermediate understanding and working knowledge of Australian Media Landscape
  • Relatively good understanding and working knowledge of digital marketing / advertising
