We are looking for a Global Procurement Senior Manager Category Business Partner Advertising & Consumer Promotion to join our procurement team and manage a portfolio of Brands stakeholders.
This role will see you building a cost efficient and flexible supply for the A&CP Categories (Creative and Digital Agencies, Talents, Production, Public Relations, Design and Post Production ), to deliver sustainable savings and de-risk the practice to support growth and the overall Coty strategy.
You will manage change by effective procurement leadership and close relationships with your galaxy of key stakeholders (Brands and Marketing Teams ).
Reporting to Global Procurement Director Advertising & Content, you will :
Be the main point of contact of a stakeholder’s galaxy for a brands portfolio.
Support the Global Category teams by feeding them with true field information (Contribute) and lead the implementation of a robust A&CP Category strategy toward the key internal stakeholders.
Share specificities of the scope.
Contribute to end-to-end and sustainable value creation; be responsible for your scope.
Carry out Strategy set on a global level at the local level, dealing with requests both internally and externally as well as escalating accordingly.
Manage the team effectively to deliver maximum efficiency and value to business stakeholders.
Adjust the Category strategy to specificities of the brand / stakeholder’s portfolio concerned.
Work closely with key business stakeholders to implement an effective short, medium, long term category and sourcing strategy ensuring quality of service and cost effectiveness.
Represent being the voice- of your brands toward the Procurement organization.
Support the Global Category team with in-depth Category fact base from robust data analyses (spend, volume, price breakdown, Demand Management, MOQ pattern when relevant ) and cost modelling for the portfolio of Scope / Brands covered.
Drive Value Opportunity roadmap and Implementation programs under the guidance of the Global Category team.
Deliver input to the Global Category Team for supplier negotiations.
When necessary solve business issues or escalate.
Support the Global Category team with driving the Category saving Annual Operating Plan in line with VCP expectations;
be responsible for your scope.
Develop a Detailed understanding of the Data Privacy and Information Security policies and procedures and conduct all activities in accordance with these policies and procedures and the Coty Code of Conduct.
Profile and education :
Solid experience in Procurement, at least 12 years
Experience in working in an international environment and matrix organization
Degree qualified preferably in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business or other relevant discipline. MBA advantageous
Key competencies and demonstrated skills :
Stakeholder engagement abilities, Business Acumen and Interpersonal savvy
Result oriented, hands-on individual with solid track record
Strong analytical skills and project management capabilities
Experience in team management
Proven Influencing, Negotiation, Communication and Presentation skills
Knowledge of the A&CP
